Exchange and return policy

Thank you for choosing Tajer Zone to buy your favorite products, and we are pleased to serve you. Sometimes you may change your mind regarding the products you have purchased, No worries, we at Tajer Zone will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you by following the following procedures:

1- The time period for returning or exchanging purchases:

The return takes place within 3 days from the date of receiving the request. As for the replacement, it takes place within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the request. You must submit the application within this mentioned period, otherwise your application will not be accepted.

2- Purchase return or exchange policy:

The product must be unused or damaged and must be in the same original condition in which you received it.

You cannot return any product that has been consumed, used or installed on other devices. breakable products, hygiene products, underwear, socks, books, swimwear, Cosmetics and perfumes.

Returned products will not be accepted if they are missing price tags, names, original packing (repacked), free products, and accessories products.

The amount will be refunded to your credit card if the order is paid by credit card within 7 days of receiving the product to be returned.

The refund amount is refunded in the form of credit / voucher for the store in the event that payment is requested via cash on receipt within 7 days of receiving the product to be returned.

If the products are not eligible for refund, You will be notified of the return request that you submitted in your account. We will return the items to your address and you will pay the return, reshipment and cash on delivery fees.

How do you return the product?

In order to ensure our customers’ satisfaction, All their purchases at Tajer Zone are subject to free return or exchange during the above-mentioned period. You must do the following in case you want to return/exchange the order:

Select the products you want to return, photograph them, specify the city, address, and order number, and then email us: care@tajerzone.com, or contact us via WhatsApp at the following number: 0557288824.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned merchandise by us, If you place an order using a credit card, We will refund the price of the returned product(s) to the same card. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your bank statement once the payment has been processed by the Finance Department.

If you pay on delivery, We will issue you a voucher or credit for the same amount on our website for the same value of the product you returned. You will receive the voucher within 7 business days of receiving your returned product. This will not include shipping and cash on delivery fees.
